About Me
Hi, I’m Kelly, a mum to three beautiful boys and the heart behind A Beautiful Connection.
I’ve always had a deep passion for helping others, and that calling has guided me through every
chapter of my journey; from working in aged care and the disability sector, to becoming a
remedial massage therapist, and now stepping fully into my work as a Kinesiologist.
My path toward holistic healing truly began when I experienced Kinesiology for the first time. The impact it had on my life was profound, it supported me in releasing emotional blocks, restoring balance, and reconnecting deeply to who I am at my core. That personal transformation sparked something within me, and I knew I wanted to share this powerful modality with others.
A Beautiful Connection was born from that vision; to create a safe, nurturing space where people can slow down, reconnect, and begin their own healing journey. My mission is to help you realign on every level - mind, body, and spirit, so you can move forward feeling lighter, more grounded, and truly connected to yourself.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me doing Pilates, spending time with my boys, admiring art or painting, or soaking up the beauty of nature. It’s in those moments that I feel most at peace and most inspired. I believe true healing begins when we come home to ourselves; and I’m here to gently guide and support you on that journey.
