FAQ's about Kinesiology
How often should I come in for a session?
Everyone’s healing journey is unique, but as a general guide, I recommend coming in every 3 weeks. This allows enough time for your body to integrate the changes from each session while continuing to build on your progress. Of course, we’ll adjust the timing based on your individual needs and goals.
What should I wear to my session?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Trousers or loose-fitting pants are recommended, as muscle testing involves gentle movements of the arms and legs. You’ll remain fully clothed for the entire session.
What can I expect from my first session?
Your first session begins with a relaxed chat about what you’d like to work on or achieve. From there, you’ll lie comfortably on the massage table (fully clothed) while I use muscle monitoring to identify areas of stress or imbalance in the body.
